Hidden Creek Landscaping, Inc. is seeking a Pool Service Technician to service pools and spas in Pataskala, OH. This full-time onsite role requires maintaining chemical balance, inspecting equipment, and performing repairs while delivering excellent customer service.

The position offers a competitive base salary plus a bonus opportunity, benefits, and potential for growth within a design/build landscaping firm serving central Ohio.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in pool and spa cleaning, maintenance, or a related field preferred.
• Ability to inspect pool equipment and perform minor repairs.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform regular outdoor, hands-on work.
• Strong customer service skills with attention to detail and high-quality service.
• Valid driver's license and ability to work independently while managing daily routes.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning swimming pools and spas.
• Maintain proper chemical balance for pools and spas.
• Inspect pool equipment and perform minor repairs.
• Open and close pools and spas.
• Assisting with services, projects, and repairs.
• Ability to lift 50lbs on a regular basis.
• Managing and operating your own maintenance truck.
• Make sure assigned jobs are complete and quality of service exceeds customer expectations.
• Communicate with customers in a polite and courteous manner.
• Comply with all company policies and regulations.
• Strive to improve job skills and develop the potential for upward mobility.
• Other duties as assigned.
