Signia by Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek (https://www.hiltonbonnetcreek.com/) is looking for Seasonal Pool Servers to join their dynamic Food and Beverage team at the Beech poolside café and bar! This one-of-a-kind property boasts 12 different dining options, over 1000 guest rooms, 231,000 sq. ft. of flexible meeting space, with 3 ballrooms, 34 meeting rooms, 2 dedicated boardrooms, and unique outdoor spaces.

The ideal candidate will have extensive server experience, a strong customer service background, and excellent multitasking skills. Experience within a fast-paced environment is highly preferred. We are looking for someone with a great personality who is ready to assist our guests with anything that may arise.

Shift Pattern: AM, MID and PM shifts, starting as early as 9AM and ending as late as 11PM-11:30PM, with flexibility over weekdays, weekends and holidays.

Season End Date: 9/11/2025

Pay Rate: $9.98 per hour, plus tips

What will I be doing?

As a Pool Server, you would be responsible for serving food and/or beverages to guests in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

1. Respond to guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
2. Ensure knowledge of menu and restaurant promotions and specials
3. Take guest food and/or beverage orders and input orders in appropriate point-of-sale system
4. Retrieve and deliver food and beverage orders in a timely manner
5. Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal service
6. Serve alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with federal, state, local and company regulations
7. Ensure serving station is well-stocked at all times
