Signia by Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek (https://www.hiltonbonnetcreek.com/) is looking for Seasonal Food and Beverage Runners to join their dynamic Food and Beverage team at the Beech Pool and Grill! This one-of-a-kind property boasts 12 different dining options, over 1000 guest rooms, and 231,000 sq. ft. of flexible meeting space, with 3 ballrooms, 34 meeting rooms, 2 dedicated boardrooms, and unique outdoor spaces.

The ideal candidate will have hospitality/restaurant experience, a strong customer service background, and excellent multitasking skills. Experience within a fast-paced environment is highly preferred. We are looking for someone with a great personality who is ready to assist our guests with anything that may arise.

Shift Pattern: MID and PM shifts, starting as early as 10AM and ending as late as 8-9PM, with flexibility over weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

Season End Date: 9/11/2025

Pay Rate: $13.50 per hour, plus tips

What will I be doing?

As a Seasonal Food and Beverage Runner, you would be responsible for maintaining and transporting all food products for a designated outlet or outlets in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

1. Prepare and replenish foods for hot and cold buffets to include, but not limited to, fruit, juices, cereals, bread, hot food, etc.
2. Replenish ice and maintain time and temperature sanitation standards
3. Transport food items to and from the kitchen
4. Check, maintain and control inventory of food items
5. Restock outlet(s) with inventory and break down the buffet to clean, replace and set for next day
6. Perform general cleaning to maintain cleanliness of work area
7. Put away food stock and dry goods according to established standards
