Job summary

Estancia La Jolla Hotel & Spa, part of Noble House Hotels & Resorts, is seeking a Pool Server to join our guest-centric team in sunny San Diego. You will take accurate orders, offer menu recommendations, and upsell food and beverage items to maximize profitability in a fast-paced resort setting.

Ideal candidates have at least one year of food service experience, excellent customer service and communication skills, and the ability to work AM, PM, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• One year of food service experience, preferably in a hotel/resort.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work AM, PM, weekend and holiday shifts.
• Knowledge of food and beverage preparation, service standards, and etiquette.
• Ability to learn and use telephone and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Take accurate orders from guests and upsell food and beverage items.
• Make food recommendations to guests and maximize profitability.
• Provide friendly, efficient service to ensure guest satisfaction.
