Job summary

L'Auberge Del Mar, part of Noble House Hotels & Resorts, is seeking a friendly Pool Server to elevate guest experiences by taking accurate orders, recommending menu items, and upselling food and beverages. You’ll be visible to guests, help create memorable moments, and work in a sunny outdoor setting with Pacific views.

Success requires refined verbal communication, hospitality experience in luxury hotels, flexibility to work AM/PM on weekends/holidays, and the stamina to stand for long periods.

The Job:

As a Pool Server you will have the opportunity to meet and interact with people from all over the world, while enjoying the sunshine and views of the Pacific Ocean. Our Pool Servers proudly showcase our food & beverage creations and ensure our guests have enjoyable and meaningful experiences at our Pool. The Pool Server is a highly visible role in which you directly impact the guests' stay and have the ability to create memories that will last a lifetime! Pool Server Responsibility: Responsible for taking accurate orders from guest. Make food recommendations and upsells food and beverage items to maximize profitability.

Requirements
