Sunset Marquis Hotel is seeking a Pool Server to greet guests, take orders, and deliver food and beverages at the pool area. You will help guests select items, upsell, and maintain a clean, organized service space while upholding high standards of guest care.

The role requires high school completion or equivalent, English proficiency, and the ability to work flexible shifts. Prior luxury hotel or fine dining experience is a plus; TIPS and RBS certifications are required.

• TIPS and RBS certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and take food and beverage orders.
• Upsell items and suggest pairings with menu items.
• Input orders accurately into POS and relay to kitchen.
• Deliver orders to pool guests and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Cross-train in other F&B areas and maintain professional conduct.
