Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale is seeking a Pool Server to join our Food & Beverage team. You will deliver poolside dining experiences with attentive, personalized service, showcasing Southwestern cuisine and crafted cocktails at our Saguaro Blossom venue.

Ideal candidates bring 1-3 years of food and beverage experience, thrive in an outdoor, desert climate, and exhibit strong guest service skills in a fast-paced luxury resort setting.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of food and beverage experience required; luxury hospitality preferred.
• Experience in poolside or outdoor settings is a plus.
• Valid work authorization in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive poolside service by delivering food, beverages, water, towels, and other amenities.
• Create a positive guest experience by responding promptly to requests and interacting with guests in a friendly, professional, and service-oriented manner.
• Accurately present menus, take orders, process transactions through the POS, and deliver items efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, organized poolside environment and reset seating areas.
• Collaborate with culinary team to ensure timely service and quality.

About the role

Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale is seeking a Pool Server to join our talented Food & Beverage team. In this role, you’ll deliver exceptional poolside dining experiences, providing attentive, personalized service to guests while showcasing fresh Southwestern cuisine and handcrafted cocktails at Saguaro Blossom. What you will do

• Provide attentive poolside service by delivering food, beverages, water, towels, and other amenities while assisting guests with seating arrangements and ensuring their comfort throughout their visit.

• Create a positive guest experience by responding promptly to requests and interacting with guests in a friendly, professional, and service-oriented manner.

• Accurately present menus, take orders, process transactions through the point-of-sale system, and deliver food and beverages efficiently and according to service standards.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and guest-ready environment by clearing tables, resetting poolside seating areas, and completing opening and closing side work.

• Collaborate with culinary and other team members to ensure timely service, product quality, and a seamless guest experience.

What you bring

• 1-3 years of food and beverage experience required; previous hotel, resort, or luxury hospitality experience preferred.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced outdoor environment and work comfortably in Arizona’s desert climate.

• Strong attention to detail, excellent guest service skills, and a positive, team-oriented attitude.

• Valid Maricopa County Food Handler’s Card required

• Valid authorization to work in the United States

• Scheduled start times include 8:00 AM, 9:00 AM, 9:30 AM, 10:00 AM, and 10:30 AM.

• Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
