Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale is seeking a Server to join Onyx Bar & Lounge, where handcrafted cocktails and elevated small plates create an premier luxury dining experience. You will deliver exceptional food and beverage service, anticipate guest needs, and share your knowledge of the menu to craft memorable experiences.

We welcome an outgoing person with a passion for hospitality and guest service. Previous luxury-hotel or upscale-dining experience is preferred; you should be able to stand

Qualifications

• An outgoing personality, positive attitude, and a genuine passion for hospitality and guest service.
• Strong knowledge of food, wine, and beverage offerings, with the ability to confidently guide guest dining experiences.
• Previous experience in a luxury hotel, resort, or upscale dining environment preferred.
• The ability to stand and walk for extended periods, up to 8 hours per shift, in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid Maricopa County Food Handler Card and current TIPS certification.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional food and beverage service with professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail, creating memorable dining experiences for every guest.
• Anticipate guest needs, provide thoughtful menu recommendations, and respond promptly and effectively to requests and concerns.

In this role, you will deliver exceptional food and beverage service, anticipate guest needs, share your knowledge of menu offerings, and create memorable dining experiences through attentive and personalized hospitality. This is an exciting opportunity for an outgoing and service-driven professional with a passion for food, wine, and guest engagement who thrives in a fast-paced luxury environment.

Schedule & Hours

• Full Time
• Typical start times are 1:00 PM, 4:00 PM, or 6:00 PM, with flexibility to arrive earlier or stay later based on business levels and special events
• Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
