Job summary

CIVANA Wellness Resort & Spa in Carefree, AZ is seeking a Pool Server to welcome guests and deliver service at the pool and surrounding areas. This role includes serving food and beverages, maintaining chairs, towels, loungers, and seating arrangements to create an exceptional guest experience.

Weekend and holidays are required; shifts typically run 9am–7pm. Prior pool/restaurant/hotel experience is preferred, and reliable transportation is required to support reliable daily attendance.

Qualifications

• One to two years’ experience as Pool Server, Server Assistant or any related Food & Beverage experience
• Previous hotel/resort experience preferred
• Willing and able to work all shifts including weekends/holidays
• Must have reliable transportation
• Current Maricopa County Food Handlers Card required
• Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time
• Requires long periods of being outdoors and in the sun
• Knowledge/passion in Health & Wellness
