Job summary

Splash City Pools LLC is seeking a driven Sales Representative in the Tampa Bay area. You will meet with prospective customers, design custom pools, price projects, and close deals, managing a high volume of opportunities with full ownership of the sales pipeline.

You will leverage design software and MS Office to create compelling proposals, travel to appointments, and coordinate with the construction team to ensure smooth handoffs. This is a commission-based role with strong earning potential.

Qualifications

Splash City Pools is seeking a driven and personable Sales Representative to meet with prospective customers, design custom pools, price projects, and close deals. This is the only sales position at Splash City Pools, meaning the right candidate will have first access to every incoming lead and full ownership of the sales pipeline. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong eye for design, and the ability to manage a high volume of active opportunities efficiently.

Customer Engagement

• Meet with potential customers to understand their needs and vision
• Build strong relationships and maintain regular communication throughout the sales process
• Uncover buyer preferences and guide them through available options
• Design custom pools that meet customer specifications and preferences
• Provide detailed project proposals including pricing and timelines
• Present designs and proposals to customers and address any questions or concerns
• Close sales by clearly communicating the value and benefits of building with Splash City Pools

Project Coordination

• Conduct take offs to accurately estimate project materials and costs
• Apply for necessary permits and ensure compliance with local regulations
• Prepare and send contract agreements to clients
• Invoice customers and follow up on payments as needed

Collaboration and Reporting

• Collaborate with the construction team to ensure smooth project handoffs
• Provide regular updates to management on sales activity and pipeline progress
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM

Required Qualifications

• At least 4 years of overall sales experience, including at least 2 years specific to construction sales
• Strong understanding of pool design and construction processes
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in design software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Willing and able to travel to appointments throughout the Tampa Bay area full time

Preferred Qualifications

• Sales experience specifically in pool construction or a closely related industry
• Experience with take offs and project estimating

Compensation

This is a 100 percent commission position earning 5 percent on closed sales. Reps in this role typically run 10 or more appointments each week. As the only Sales Representative at Splash City Pools, the right candidate will have first access to every incoming lead, with realistic earning potential above $150,000 in year one for a high-performing rep.
