• Ensure the store is organized and well‑stocked.

• Adhere to directives from the Store Manager and implement current campaigns within the store.
• Help create backyard memories for local families by delivering excellence in customer service.
• Unleash creative skills while assisting in conveying client experiences on social media.
• Resolve challenges and build strong community relationships.
• Play a vital role in creating a positive experience for clients who visit the store.
• Learn the science behind water testing and provide chemical recommendations for safe and sparkling pools and spas.
• Gain hands‑on experience repairing a variety of pool cleaners.

Qualifications

• Ability to work various hours, including weekends and some holidays.
• Previous retail experience is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent active listening skills.
• Facebook and social media experience.
• Ability to lift or carry up to 50 lbs.
