Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience in the food and beverage industry.
• Minimum of 1 year in a management position.
• Ability to schedule, forecast, and budget for the department.
• Some knowledge of wine and fine foods is helpful.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Effective communication skills with the public and team members.
• Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit, where applicable.
