The manager is responsible for leading department-level restaurant operations; models and demonstrates leadership grounded in the Darden Core Values. Job Requirements

1. A minimum of 2 years of current, salaried management experience in a high-volume upscale restaurant or high-end resort restaurant.
2. Strong passion for culinary excellence, wine knowledge, and guest service.
3. Proven ability to develop teams.
4. Knowledge of systems, methods, and processes that contribute to great execution.
