Job summary

SPS PoolCare is seeking a driven Pool Advisor to identify, quote, and close repair and equipment upgrade opportunities, including upsells to customers not on weekly service. You will partner with field technicians, service managers, and customers to assess needs, recommend solutions, and deliver an outstanding in-person experience from quote to sold.

Responsibilities include on-site evaluations, detailed quotes, follow-ups, and maintaining CRM records.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in outside sales or pool repair experience.
• Strong technical aptitude with pool systems, plumbing, or electrical.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site visits to evaluate pool repair and equipment needs.
• Generate detailed repair quotes and present solutions to customers.
• Follow up on open estimates to close repair and upgrade opportunities.
• Partner with operations and technicians to ensure smooth job execution.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM of all quotes, communications, and outcomes.
• Proactively identify and pursue new repair opportunities within existing service customers.
• Educate customers on energy-efficient and performance-improving equipment options.
• Pursue weekly maintenance services or repair inspections to neighboring houses.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
• Meet and exceed daily inspection goal of 6-8 inspections per day and close rate goals.
• Utilize coached sales methodologies to deliver sales goals.
