Job summary

SPS PoolCare in Houston, TX is seeking a results-driven Pool Advisor to identify, quote, and close repair and equipment upgrade opportunities. You will partner with field technicians, service managers, and customers to assess pool needs and deliver an outstanding in-person experience from quote to sold.

Your responsibilities include on-site assessments, presenting detailed repair options, following up on estimates, and meeting monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining CRM records.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of outside sales or repair experience in the pool industry.
• Strong technical aptitude with pool systems, plumbing, or electrical.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
• Proven record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site visits to evaluate pool repair and equipment needs.

• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
• Meet and exceed daily inspection goal of 6-8 inspections per day and close rate goals.
• Utilize coached sales methodologies to deliver sales goals.

The Pool Advisor is responsible for identifying, quoting, and closing repair and equipment upgrade opportunities including new maintenance upsells to customers not on weekly service. This individual will partner closely with field technicians, service managers, and customers to assess pool needs, recommend repair solutions, and deliver outstanding in person customer experience from quote to sold.
