Job summary

SPS PoolCare in Chandler, AZ seeks a Pool Advisor to identify, quote, and close repair and equipment upgrade opportunities, including weekly maintenance upsells to customers not on weekly service.

The role partners with field technicians, service managers, and customers to assess pool needs, propose solutions, and deliver an outstanding in-person customer experience from quote to sale.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of outside sales or repair in the pool industry.
• Strong technical aptitude with pool systems, plumbing, or electrical.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
• Proven record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site visits to evaluate pool repair and equipment needs.
• Generate detailed repair quotes and present solutions to customers.
• Follow up on estimates to close repair and upgrade opportunities.
• Partner with operations and technicians to ensure smooth job execution.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM of quotes, communications, and outcomes.
• Educate customers on energy-efficient and performance-improving equipment options.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
• Utilize coached sales methodologies to deliver sales goals.
