Job summary

Veridian Service Partners is seeking a Sales Representative in Dallas to guide customers from initial contact to project handoff for pool renovations. You will conduct site visits, prepare accurate estimates, and build rapport to close deals while coordinating with operations for scheduling and execution.

This role emphasizes strong communication, knowledge of pool remodeling options, and the ability to travel within the territory.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in B2C sales (construction/home improvement/pool industry preferred).
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to read basic construction plans or learn quickly.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel within assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site visits to assess project scope and customer needs.
• Provide accurate estimates and explain services (remodels, plaster, tile, coping, etc.).
• Build rapport with clients and provide excellent service throughout the sales cycle.
• Close deals and coordinate handoff to operations for scheduling and execution.
• Maintain updated records of sales activities in CRM or tracking software and sales forecasts.
• Stay up-to-date with products, finishes, materials, and pricing trends.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
• Collaborate with marketing and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
