Job summary

MGM Resorts International in Las Vegas, NV invites applications for a Pool Receptionist at ARIA. You will be the first point of contact for guests enjoying the resort's refined pool experience, handling clerical tasks and delivering attentive service aligned with MGM policies.

A polished demeanor, strong organization, and commitment to excellence help create a seamless, elevated arrival experience. The role starts at $14.00 hourly with varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 1+ year(s) of receptionist experience preferred.
• Experience in pool or resort environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Answer multi-line phone systems and direct calls to the appropriate staff/department.
• Respond to all general e-mail correspondence from guests and staff.
• Schedule conference calls and meetings for office staff.
• Maintain all office equipment as needed and coordinates repairs.
• Work closely with the functional department groups as necessary.
• Ensure that the Receptionist area is clean and looks neat for all incoming guests.
• Inform management of all guest issues, needed supplies or equipment related issues.
