Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• 1+ years of prior experience as a pool or resort attendant preferred.
• Willingness to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests to the pool and MGM Resorts family with memorable service.
• Respond to and resolve guest concerns, exceeding expectations.
• Assist with seating, cabanas, pool information and safety protocols.
• Perform opening/closing duties and maintain pool deck appearance.
• Provide CPR or first aid and follow emergency procedures.
• Participate in pool safety programs and staff trainings.
