You’ll prep pool surfaces, mix plaster, trowel and finish for smooth results, maintain job-site cleanliness, load materials, and follow crew directions. Year‑round work and competitive pay are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work outdoors year-round.
• Physical stamina for labor‑intensive tasks.
• Punctual, dependable, with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assist with pool surface prep including acid washing and cleaning.
• Mix and apply plaster materials under supervision.
• Trowel, smooth, and finish plaster for an even surface.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety at job sites.
• Load/unload materials and tools.
• Follow instructions from Crew Leaders and Supervisors.
