Qualifications
- Previous construction, remodeling, landscaping, concrete, masonry, or installation experience.
- Comfort working outdoors and in different job-site conditions.
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools.
- Good attention to detail; ability to read measurements and follow instructions.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Reliable transportation and dependable work history.
- Pool construction experience is a plus, but not required.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the construction and installation of residential swimming pools.
- Prepare job sites and materials for construction.
- Perform hands-on construction, installation, and finishing work.
- Use basic hand and power tools safely.
- Follow plans, measurements, and project specifications.
