This role supervises pool operations, including managing staff and ensuring the success of the Goldfish Swim School curriculum. Candidates must have interpersonal communication and organizational skills. Opportunities for advancement exist as the school grows. Certifications for Lifeguard, CPR/AED, and First Aid are required within 90 days of hire, and classes are provided by the facility.

Qualifications

• Two or more years as a swim instructor.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and feedback to staff.
• Evaluate Deck Supervisors and Instructors.
• Interact with parents to discuss student progress.
• Conduct aquatic-based new hire training.
