Sylvania is seeking a dedicated individual to oversee daily operations of a pool facility. This part-time role focuses on safety, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction, with leadership responsibilities and opportunities to coordinate staff and events.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma and lifeguard/CPR certifications, plus prior supervisory or pool setting experience. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise pool staff and ensure adherence to safety protocols and procedures.

• Assist scheduling staff shifts and tracking performance.
