Sylvania is seeking a dedicated individual to oversee daily operations of a pool facility. This part-time role focuses on safety, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction, with leadership responsibilities and opportunities to coordinate staff and events.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma and lifeguard/CPR certifications, plus prior supervisory or pool setting experience. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays is preferred.

Formación

• Supervisory experience in a pool or similar setting.
• Ability to coordinate staff and respond to emergencies.
• Strong communication and guest service skills.
• Basic knowledge of pool maintenance and safety standards.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise pool staff and ensure adherence to safety protocols and procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pool area and facilities.
• Inspect pool equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Enforce pool rules for a safe guest experience.
• Assist scheduling staff shifts and tracking performance.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries.
• Lead pool activities and events to engage guests.
• Maintain records of pool usage, incidents, and maintenance.
