The City of Greenbelt, Maryland, is seeking a Pool Manager to supervise staff and manage the aquatic environment at the Greenbelt Aquatic & Fitness Center. This role demands strong leadership, organizational skills, and certified lifeguarding expertise.
Responsibilities include ensuring safety during pool use, maintaining water quality according to health regulations, and providing excellent service to patrons. Relevant certifications and prior experience in pool management are necessary.
The Pool Manager is responsible for supervision activities, monitoring staff, and managing water chemistry at the Greenbelt Aquatic & Fitness Center to ensure a safe and high-quality swimming environment. The Pool Manager must also be a certified Lifeguard, bringing strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills, along with energy and motivation.
