Job summary

REEP Residential is seeking a Make-Ready / Pool Technician to prepare vacant apartments, perform minor maintenance, and maintain the community pool at our San Antonio, TX property. The role requires a current CPO certification, 1–3 years of make-ready or maintenance experience, reliable transportation, and a focus on safety and quality.

You will work with the maintenance team to meet turn timelines, inspect units for readiness, and ensure pool area cleanliness and safety.

Qualifications

• CPO Certification is required.
• 1-3 years of apartment make-ready or maintenance experience preferred.
• Pool experience maintaining community pools is strongly preferred.
• Must have reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare vacant units for occupancy within turn timelines and complete painting, drywall repair, minor plumbing/electrical, and basic carpentry.
• Maintain the community pool and pool area, test water, balance chemicals, and keep logs.
• Inspect and ensure units meet cleanliness and presentation standards prior to inspection.
• Operate and monitor pool pumps, filters, and other equipment; report any safety concerns.
• Support grounds, keep breezeways and common areas clean and presentable.
• Follow OSHA safety guidelines and company procedures.
