Job Summary

The Maintenance Technician will provide consistent quality pool cleaning and maintenance service, developing and maintaining a base of satisfied clients.

Responsibilities

• Check water chemistry and balance pool water through the addition of the appropriate chemicals
• Maintain pool cleanliness by brushing, vacuuming, netting, cleaning tiles, and emptying baskets of debris
• Perform minor repairs and minor programming of pool equipment
• Develop and nurture customer relationships
• Document your visit in the company CRM and by leaving a visit report for clients
• Maintain and clean 80-90 residential pools on a weekly basis, generally 12 to 16 per day
• Expected workweek of 35 to 40 hours depending on the condition of your pools and your efficiency

Qualifications

• No pool experience necessary if you have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, a willingness to learn, and a positive attitude. Training will be provided.
• Experience in pool service, lawn care, landscaping, painting, construction, pest control, cleaning, or janitorial work is encouraged.
• Availability to work Monday to Friday.
• Over 21 with a clean driving record (no recent major accidents or infringements) due to company auto insurance requirements.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. and conducting physical labor in various weather conditions.
• Excellent customer relationship and communication skills.
• Positive attitude, ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification is not required.
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Clean Driving History.
