Job Description: In this role, you'll perform preventive maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency. You will interact directly with customers to troubleshoot and resolve HVAC issues. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and committed to delivering excellent customer service.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive maintenance on HVAC systems, including cleaning coils, changing filters, and inspecting electrical connections.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC system issues such as leaks, electrical faults, and performance issues.
• Conduct system inspections and tests to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, parts used, and customer interactions.
• Educate customers on maintenance best practices to enhance system longevity.
• Follow safety protocols and industry standards.
• Identify and report potential system issues to prevent future breakdowns.
• Provide recommendations for upgrades or replacements to improve system performance.

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; HVAC certification or technical degree preferred.
• Ability to read schematics and wiring diagrams.
