Pool Maintenance Technician Fully Remote - US

We continue to grow and are seeking a solution-oriented and customer-focused Pool Maintenance Technician to join our team. This position is responsible for providing excellent on-site pool cleaning and maintenance services to each customer assigned. This includes following our proven pool cleaning methods, handling pool chemicals in a controlled and safe manner, following all established protocols, and sharing lessons learned with the rest of our team.

The ideal candidate will love to work outdoors, be a self-starter with the ability to work independently with minimal oversight, and handle all matters with integrity while embracing the concept of delivering "resort-quality service".

Responsibilities:

Success in this position will be determined by the following measurable results:

• Manage a swimming pool route that includes the cleaning of swimming pools each week.
• Manage stocking of chemicals on the truck and properly adjust the water chemistry for each pool weekly.
• Utilize a smartphone for our Pool Ops mobile platform.
• Spot equipment repair needs and communicate those needs to the office.

Requirements:

Requirements for this position include:

(1) a valid driver's license with a clean driving record;
(2) the ability to lift up to 100 lbs.

No other specific experience is required as we will teach you the ASP methods designed to give our customers a great looking pool and to maximize your earning potential; however, a high school degree and Certified Pool Operator License is preferred.

Bonus Potential:

This position has the potential for earning an annual bonus based on meeting specific gross revenue goals for the year.

A company truck will be provided, which you keep fully stocked with tools and chemicals. You will receive paid vacation time following a qualifying period.

Compensation: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
