Responsibilities

• Vacuum pools and remove leaves and debris.
• Empty skimmer and pump baskets.
• Clean and maintain pool filters.
• Inspect pumps, filters, heaters, chlorinators, salt systems, valves, and other pool equipment.
• Identify leaks, equipment problems, and other maintenance or repair needs.
• Perform minor pool equipment repairs when qualified.
• Maintain accurate service records for each property.

The Pool Maintenance Technician will be responsible for routine pool cleaning, water testing and chemical balancing, equipment inspections, and identifying maintenance or repair needs. Experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate who has a strong work ethic and mechanical aptitude.

• Follow company safety procedures and proper chemical-handling practices

Qualifications
