Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in pool cleaning or maintenance.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• CPR Certification or ability to obtain it within 30 days of employment.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds intermittently.

Responsibilities

• Oversee technicians and ensure daily operations run smoothly.
• Perform routine pool cleaning and conduct water chemistry testing.
• Implement strong quality control and monitor completed work.
• Provide real-time coaching and onboarding for new hires.
