Easton Select Group in Bolton, MA is seeking a dependable General Laborer – Pool Maintenance to support our service team in keeping pools clean and safe. No prior pool experience required; on-the-job training provided as you assist skilled technicians with weekly maintenance, openings, closings, and basic tool handling.

Ideal candidates are hardworking, capable of outdoor work, and able to follow safety procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• No pool experience required; on-the-job training provided.
• Willingness to learn and perform outdoor labor.
• Reliable transportation to the reporting location.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Pool Service Technicians with weekly pool maintenance and cleaning.
• Vacuum pools, skim debris, brush pool walls, steps, and tile lines.
• Empty skimmer and pump baskets.
• Test and record pool water chemistry.
• Add pool chemicals following safety procedures and technician direction.
• Assist with opening and closing swimming pools for the season.
• Help install, remove, fold, and store pool covers.
• Carry and transport equipment, tools, chemicals, and supplies to and from job sites.
• Load and unload service vehicles daily.
• Assist with minor equipment repairs under technician supervision.
