Job summary

Pegasus Residential, LLC is looking for an Apartment Maintenance professional to service their communities in Decatur, GA. You will handle resident requests, perform maintenance tasks, and support preventive upkeep of pools, grounds and appliances.

Ideal candidates have 4 years of apartment maintenance experience, a valid driver's license, and EPA/CPO certification. Growth opportunities exist within a collaborative, supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with pool maintenance, grounds, appliances and property systems.
• Experience or desire for a supervisory role is preferred.
• EPA or CPO certification is required.
• Must have a valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Own your role at the property and deliver great resident service.
• Complete resident and property service requests promptly.
• Assist in preventative maintenance including pool, lighting, filters and inspections.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and inventory supplies.
