HOAMCO is seeking a Townhouse, Golf Course & Pool Maintenance Technician for Canyon Mesa Townhouse Association. The role covers maintenance of community facilities, golf course grounds, irrigation systems, and pool facilities, reporting to the Maintenance Superintendent.

Responsibilities include pool water testing, equipment upkeep, landscaping, and building repairs, with emphasis on safety and regulatory compliance in all tasks.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of pool water chemistry, pool systems, hydraulics, and equipment maintenance.
• Understanding of landscaping, irrigation systems, turf management, and grounds maintenance.
• Ability to diagnose and repair building, pool, irrigation, and equipment issues.

Responsibilities

• Test pool water chemistry and maintain sanitary pool conditions.
• Inspect, repair, and maintain pool equipment and filtration systems.
• Mow greens, tees, and turf areas; trim trees and landscape features.
• Perform exterior repairs on townhouses and common-area buildings.
• Inspect, maintain irrigation systems, and operate related machinery.
• Follow safety procedures and complete work orders in a timely manner.
