Job summary

Canyon Mesa Townhouse Association is seeking a Townhouse, Golf Course & Pool Maintenance Technician to maintain community facilities, golf course grounds, irrigation systems, and pools. Qualifications

• Knowledge of pool water chemistry, pool systems, hydraulics, and equipment maintenance.
• Understanding of landscaping, irrigation systems, turf management, and grounds maintenance.
• Ability to diagnose and repair building, pool, irrigation, and equipment issues.
• Experience operating power tools, hand tools, maintenance equipment, and landscaping machinery.
• Strong troubleshooting, organizational, and record-keeping skills.

Responsibilities

• Test pool water chemistry and monitor chemical levels.
• Safely handle, store, and apply pool chemicals.
• Maintain pool equipment and backwash filtration systems.
• Perform exterior repairs and general facility maintenance.
• Mow greens and maintain golf course grounds.
• Inspect and maintain irrigation systems.
• Operate and service maintenance tools and heavy equipment.
• Complete work orders and follow safety policies.
