Job summary

The Townhouse Golf Course & Pool is seeking a Maintenance Technician to oversee pool, landscaping, clubhouse, and grounds operations, ensuring safe, clean, and well-maintained facilities across the community. It reports to the Maintenance Superintendent.

Responsibilities include pool water testing, chemical handling, equipment upkeep, irrigation system maintenance, and general building repairs. You should perform physical labor outdoors in varying weather and maintain accurate maintenance

Qualifications

• Knowledge of pool water chemistry, pool systems and maintenance.
• Experience with landscaping, irrigation, and grounds maintenance.
• Ability to diagnose and repair pool, irrigation and related equipment.
• Proficiency in maintaining records of tests and repairs.

Responsibilities

• Test pool water chemistry and adjust as needed.
• Safely handle and apply pool chemicals.
• Inspect and maintain pool equipment and filtration systems.
• Mow greens, grounds, and perform general landscaping tasks.
• Repair minor building and facility maintenance issues.
• Follow safety procedures and document maintenance activities.
