Job summary

HOAMCO is seeking a Townhouse, Golf Course & Pool Maintenance Technician to care for Canyon Mesa's facilities, including golf course grounds, irrigation, and pool areas. You will perform maintenance, repairs, and safety checks, following best practices and safety policies, reporting to the Maintenance Superintendent.

Responsibilities include pool water testing and chemical handling, building and grounds upkeep, irrigation system maintenance, and operating a range of tools and equipment in varied

Qualifications

• Knowledge of pool water chemistry, pool systems, hydraulics, and maintenance.
• Understanding of landscaping, irrigation systems, turf management, and grounds maintenance.
• Ability to diagnose and repair building, pool, irrigation, and equipment issues.
• Experience operating power tools, hand tools, maintenance equipment, and landscaping machinery.

• Pool maintenance and operations including chemical levels and filtration.
• Building and facility maintenance for townhouses and common areas.
