Job summary

Loews Hotels & Co at Universal Orlando is seeking a Food Runner to deliver orders from kitchen to table with speed and hospitality. This busy dining operation requires strong guest service and teamwork to ensure a smooth guest experience.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of food service experience, can lift up to 50 lbs, and are available for flexible evenings and weekends. This dynamic environment offers growth within our award-winning hotel family.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of Food Runner experience preferred.
• Proven experience working in high-volume Food and Beverage operations preferred.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Excellent guest service skills.
• Must be able to withstand outdoor elements for long periods of time
• Ability to regularly push, pull, lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to communicate effectively in English verbally with team members, leaders and guests required.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, nights, weekends and holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Delivery of orders from kitchen to table in a timely manner.
• Sets up front of house side food and beverage items for service.
• Maintains cleanliness and sanitary condition of dining room and service areas.
• Other duties as assigned.
