Loews Miami Beach Hotel is seeking a Restaurant Food Runner to deliver food from the kitchen to guests with speed and precision, ensuring accurate orders and presentation. You will communicate timing and special requests to servers and assist with clearing and resetting tables between courses.

The role emphasizes teamwork, efficiency, and a guest-centered approach in a busy dining environment. Prior hospitality experience is a plus, and a High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food from the kitchen to guests in an efficient, organized manner.
• Ensure accuracy of orders and proper presentation before delivery.
• Communicate course timing, modifications, and special requests to servers.
• Assist in clearing and resetting tables between courses or after guests leave.
• Support servers by restocking plates, silverware, and service items.
• Maintain cleanliness of expo lines, food stations, and service areas.
• Assist with running beverages as needed.
• Answer basic guest questions or direct them to servers.
• Regular attendance in conformance with standards.
• May be required to work varying schedules to reflect business needs.
• Attend all mandatory training sessions and meetings.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
