The ideal candidate is 18+, has 1+ year receptionist experience in a resort setting, and can work varied shifts including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1+ year receptionist experience in resort/guest-facing role.
• Strong communication and guest service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Answer multi-line phone systems and direct calls to staff.
• Respond to general emails from guests and staff.
• Schedule calls and meetings for office staff.
• Maintain office equipment and coordinate repairs.
