Job summary

The-Boca-Raton is seeking a pool and recreation attendant to welcome guests and assist with pool area needs. You will maintain pool area cleanliness, manage towel operations, and help ensure guest satisfaction in a fast-paced outdoor setting.

Candidates should be able to swim and assist with emergencies, stand or walk for long periods, and provide excellent customer service in a resort environment. This is an on-site position with a focus on guest comfort and safety.

Qualifications

• Provide excellent customer service to resort guests.
• Ability to stand or walk for prolonged periods.
• Swim and operate motorized and non-motorized water craft; handle emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly welcome and assist with pool area needs.
• Maintain cleanliness of pool area and towel storage.
• Verify guest registration before issuing resort property.
• Monitor inventory to minimize loss of property.
• Report suspicious persons or hazards to security.
• Attend mandatory meetings.
• Provide general guest assistance and guidance.
• Keep work area neat and organized.
• Complete other duties as assigned by supervisor.
