Job summary

FirstService Residential is seeking a Pool Attendant in Boca Raton, FL to oversee the pool area, communicate safety guidelines, and maintain equipment for guest use. The role requires hospitality experience and a service-oriented mindset.

You will support poolside activities, assist with set up and breakdown, and report incidents to management. A high school diploma (or equivalent) and strong communication skills are essential, with multilingual abilities considered an asset.

Qualifications

• Experience in Hospitality industry
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Multiple language fluency is desirable
• Able to work flexible hours and weekends
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Oversees pool area (adult/children) and makes safety announcements
• Assists with set up and breakdown for poolside activities
• Reports incidents to the appropriate manager
• Maintains clean pool area and basic cleaning duties
• Inspects and reports on poolside equipment for replacement
• Works effectively as part of a team
• Engages with residents/guests in a helpful manner
• Follows Safety and Environmental Protection policies
• Ensures a safe work environment at all times
