Job summary

Craft Master Custom Pools seeks a detail‑oriented Project Controller to own the P&L across multiple pool construction projects. You will track costs, approve change orders, and prevent scope creep while partnering with a Field Supervisor who handles on‑site execution.

The role requires proactive cost management and clear, fast client communication. You will manage job costing daily in JobTread, run cost reports, and ensure timely, accurate revenue recognition.

Qualifications

• Pool construction experience with 3+ years in residential or commercial settings.
• Hands-on experience in JobTread: costing, cost reports, and purchasing codes.
• Experience writing, pricing, and tracking change orders in construction.
• Ability to analyze cost data and identify variances and margin implications.
• Strong communication to clients and subs; proactive problem solving.
• Meticulous attention to details, checklists, and process discipline.

Responsibilities

• Own job-level P&L for multiple pool construction projects; monitor costs and variances daily.
• Price and present change orders promptly; secure client sign-off within defined windows.
• Prevent scope creep by enforcing contract terms and reference costs.
• Lead client and subcontractor communications; forecast risks and keep projects on schedule.
• Manage JobTread costing, revenue recognition, and cost reporting; generate trend analyses.
• Collaborate daily with Field Supervisor to align on scope, timeline, and delivery.
