Job summary

Craft Master Custom Pools is seeking a detail-oriented PM to own P&L across 20 pool construction projects in Southeast Florida. You will track costs in JobTread, manage change orders, and prevent scope creep while partnering with a Field Supervisor who executes on site.

You will drive cost visibility, negotiate with subs, and ensure timely client communication to protect margins and project schedules. This is an office-based role with strong on-site collaboration.

Qualifications

• Pool construction experience. You've worked in pool construction (residential or commercial) for at least 3 years.
• JobTread mastery. You have hands-on experience in JobTread. You manage job costing, run cost reports, and code purchases.
• Change order management. You've written, priced, and tracked change orders in a construction business and know how to talk to clients about cost changes.
• Comfort with numbers. You're not intimidated by cost analysis and can spot variances.
• Proactive communication skills. You pick up the phone and communicate clearly when problems arise.
• Attention to detail. You live in details and maintain systems to prevent slips.

Responsibilities

• Job P&L ownership and tracking. You monitor actual vs. estimated costs daily and catch variances.
• Change order velocity. You price changes quickly and secure client signatures within tight windows.
• Scope control. You enforce contract scope and reference documents to prevent creep.
• Client communications. You own the tone and speed of communications with clients and subs.
• JobTread mastery. You run cost reports and revenue recognition daily, coding purchases correctly.
• Daily collaboration with Field Supervisor. You coordinate deliveries and schedule with the supervisor.
