You will manage staff, projects, and align local operations with corporate strategy, driving sales growth, budgeting, and revenue. This role reports to the Chief Operating Officer and requires travel as needed.

Qualifications

• This role requires experience in pool construction or renovation leadership.
• Proven ability to manage sales growth and field teams.
• Budgeting, P&L management, and driving profitability.
• Experience hiring, training, and coaching teams to deliver top-tier brand experiences.
• Spanish bilingual preferred; valid US driver's license; willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Strategic execution of directives from the Executive Team.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and implement policies.
