This hands-on role requires deep field experience, the ability to read plans, coordinate trades, solve problems, and drive accountability while maintaining strong relationships with crews.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of residential construction experience, with pool construction/remodeling preferred.
• Ability to read and understand construction plans and scopes of work.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily field operations for new pool construction and remodel projects.
• Provide leadership and support to Superintendents, crew leads, field technicians, and subcontractors.
• Monitor projects to ensure plans, specifications, schedules, and quality standards are met.
• Coordinate with Managers and Project Coordinators to align schedules and expectations.
• Assist with punch lists, inspections, and project closeout.
• Develop and improve field processes, standards, and safety practices.
• Hold teams accountable for productivity, quality, and timelines.
• Conduct site visits and ensure proper sequencing between trades.
