Job summary

Shasta Pools is seeking a Construction Superintendent to oversee the day‑to‑day field execution of residential pool construction and remodeling projects in the Phoenix area. You will ensure safety, efficiency, schedule adherence, and quality standards while coordinating field crews, subcontractors, inspections, and materials.

You will own assigned projects, resolve field issues, maintain customer communication, and ensure milestones are met.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of construction experience, preferably in pool construction/remodeling or residential builds.
• Ability to read and understand construction plans and scopes of work.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; able to manage multiple projects.
