Job summary

The Resort at Pelican Hill in Newport Beach, CA seeks a Lead Pool Attendant to elevate guest experiences by directing the Pool Attendant team, booking cabanas, and ensuring impeccable area cleanliness. Requires a high school diploma and at least 1 year in pool operations with strong communication and guest service

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of Pool Attendant/Ambassador experience or pool operation.
• Ability to communicate clearly with guests.

Responsibilities

• Direct the Pool Attendant team, assign floor plans and functions, ensure breaks and lunches.
• Maintain cabana cleanliness according to SOPs.
• Assist in booking cabanas, retrieve cabanas from OpenTable.
• Coordinate amenity program by scheduling times and updating weekly chart.
• Communicate with partnering departments and leadership team.
• Other duties as assigned.
