Job summary

FirstService Residential is seeking a Pool Attendant in Boca Raton, FL. The role involves overseeing the pool area, making safety announcements, and maintaining equipment inventory to serve residents and guests efficiently.

The position requires hospitality experience, excellent communication, and a customer-focused mindset. Flexibility for weekends and varied hours is essential to support pool events and resident services.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency preferred.
• College level courses in Hospitality are strongly desirable.
• Two or more years’ experience in the Hospitality Industry.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Multiple language fluency is desirable.
• Ability to work flexible hours and weekends.
• Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills required.

Responsibilities

• Oversees pool area and makes safety announcements.
• Assists with setup and breakdown for poolside activities.
• Move and stack beach lounge chairs and umbrellas.
• Submit and report incidents to the manager.
• Provide service-oriented support to residents/guests.
• Inspect and report pool equipment condition.
• Work as part of a team and be approachable.
• Follow Safety and Environmental Protection Policy.
