Job summary

FirstService Residential is seeking a pool attendant in Boca Raton, FL to supervise the pool area, make safety announcements, and maintain poolside equipment for guest use. The role prioritizes guest service and hospitality experience.

Hours include weekend shifts with a Saturday-Sunday or Sunday-Thursday schedule; training and company benefits are provided. Candidates should have strong customer service, communication skills, and be able to work as part of a team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in the Hospitality Industry.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Multilingual ability desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversees pool area (adult/children) and makes safety announcements.
• Assists with set up and breakdown for poolside activities as needed.
• Move and stack beach lounge chairs & umbrellas.
• Submit and report incidents to the manager.
• Picks up debris and maintains basic cleaning.
• Check sports equipment and report breaks for replacements.
• Work as a team member and be approachable to residents/guests.
