Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel Los Angeles at Beverly Hills is seeking a full-time server assistant and busser to join our luxury dining team. You will assist the Food Server, deliver meals, and help create an exceptional guest experience in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires at least one year in food service, strong English communication, and solid knowledge of food and beverage. Shifts include mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, with an hourly range of $25.65.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of food service or related work.
• Ability to communicate professionally and accurately.
• Strong F&B knowledge is preferred.
• Requires proficiency in the English language.

Responsibilities

• Serve guest needs by assisting the Food Server with delivery of food from kitchen and completing guest requests.
• Food Runner also assists in preparation of smaller items such as toast, soup, or beverages.
• The position delivers food to the correct tables and seat numbers while giving an accurate and appealing food description.
• Strong F&B knowledge is preferred and good communication is a necessity.
• In addition, the Busser assists the Server in clearing and resetting tables, chairs, linens, china, glass and silver for service in an unobtrusive manner and according to standards.
• Other tasks include stocking linens, china, glass, silver, and food items for service.

Ableto stand and walk up to 8 hours.Able to lift and carry up to 20 pounds.

Mustbe able to work all shiftsincluding,AM's, PM's, weekends, and holidays.

This position requires an applicant with a flexible schedule and the ability to work all shifts,weekendsand holidays.
